What does refurbished mean?
Refurbished products are either lightly used, returned, or broken items that have been fixed, tested and repackaged to be sold at better price for the customers.
What type of shipping is available?
We have shipping, delivery and pick-up options depending on the product. Some products may only have pick-up options, some may only have shipping. Please read item description carefully. If it does not specify that an item is only available for pick-up or delivery, this means shipping is available.
What happens if my item does not work or is not as described?
At Renew Outlet we make sure that all products are in working condition before they are sent off. If for some reason the product does not work as described we offer either return or refund.
